Sales Advisor

Full-Time  | Hybrid  |  Richfield, OH

Job Summary: Responsible for developing and managing an active pipeline through seeking out prospects, calling and educating clients about ezICHRA and Medicare insurance options, conducting in depth needs/analysis/risk assessments, providing personalized guidance, and helping them make informed decisions to meet their healthcare needs. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, generate leads, and facilitate the enrollment process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responds to new or existing customer inquiries regarding potential coverage and/or issues/renewal with current coverage.
  • Conducts outbound sales calls to prospective clients utilizing the organization’s online candidate listing resource for the “Turning 65 Campaign.”
  • Conducts a review of customer demographics to determine which options might be the most attractive regarding plan benefits, physician/facility network, and specific costs for services.
  • Educates existing and potential clients on the benefits and features of ICHRA and Medicare insurance plans, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the coverage options available to them; recommends plans to establish new coverage or enhance existing coverage
  • Addresses questions regarding coverage details and any changes/adjustments on healthcare plan design, pharmacy networks and drug formularies.
  • Remains highly sensitive to the personal information provided to ensure customer confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Resolves customer issues regarding unpaid claims and/or various problems with their coverage; serves as a trusted advisor to each account.
  • Builds highly personal relationships with all customers; maintains and grows a book of business through customer referrals; able to handle a high volume of new sales activity while retaining existing customers through the development of proactive relationships.
  • Maintains Continuing Education (CE), Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Medicare accreditation required by carriers and/or licensing body to represent/sell an organization’s products; completes various training programs to remain current with product specifics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ICHRA ANALYST

Full-Time  | Hybrid  |  Richfield, OH

Job Summary: As an Analyst with UROne, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing employer healthcare financing. Collaborating closely with broker partners, you’ll analyze Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) Requests for Analysis (RFAs) and develop compliant, budget-aligned solutions for prospective employer groups. Conducting financial modeling and delivering engaging presentations, you’ll drive the adoption of ICHRA’s while staying abreast of industry trends and regulations. Join us in simplifying health insurance choices and delivering exceptional service to employers and employees alike.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with broker partners on RFAs, analyzing prospective employer groups’ needs, and providing expert guidance on the implementation of ICHRA.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making, ensuring that proposed solutions are both financially viable and aligned with clients’ objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product presentations and demos to broker partners and employers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our ezICHRA Platform to facilitate adoption.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, including the ezICHRA Enrollment Platform Developers and leadership, to provide feedback on system improvements and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, attending conferences and participating in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from broker partners and employers to ensure a seamless experience throughout the implementation and utilization of ICHRA.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, math, analytics or related field.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to meetings and conferences.
  • Knowledge about health insurance and/or brokerage industry, including regulatory knowledge a plus
